A top 10 world score was achieved in the “Follow up” category, considered by Henley to be one the most important aspects of any programme as it ensures programme impact: how the learning is embedded back in the workplace. Follow up is an integral part of Henley programmes and, as with all elements of our programmes, is designed through discussion and planning with clients before the programme starts and is delivered through methods such as post programme coaching/mentoring, workshops and online activities.

Custom clients working with Henley in the past 12 months come from a range of industry sectors including FTSE 30 and international companies in pharma, engineering, FMCG and professional services, as well as government and third sector organisations.

Open programmes now ranked number 33 in the world

Henley also improved in the World, Europe and UK rankings for “Repeat business and growth”, where it now sits at number 1 in the UK.
